A pesar de haber estado repartidos por todo el mundo durante miles de años, los judíos siguen siendo una nación en la que cada comunidad aporta su propio carácter único al conjunto. Uno de los objetivos centrales del Fondo Nacional Judío es fortalecer la relación entre los judíos de todo el mundo, por lo que llevan a cabo programas para llevar a judíos de la diáspora a Israel y enviar representantes de Israel a trabajar en diversas comunidades judías.
